Thank you for looking at our website and considering our school for your child. Much Woolton is a great school in which children enjoy their learning and thrive. They thrive because we put in front of them a wealth of learning opportunities throughout and beyond our school day. We develop their interests through an exciting and intersting curriculum delivered by excellent teachers and support staff who seek to meet children's individual needs and interests.

We also seek to discover and nurture children's talents with a wide range of extra curricular opportunities involving the arts, music and sport. If that were not enough, our Junior aged children currently have the opportunity to attend upto 5 residential visits in these years, including a weeks ski course in the Italian Alps!

Currently we are unable to hold an Open Day event due to COVID-19 restrictions. We will hoerver be placing an introductory video and virtual tour of our school on our website in October. Please look out for this.

Families wishing to move their child  'in year' from another school are asked to call our school office and enquire about availability of places first before making an appointment to tour the school with a member of senior staff.

We look forward to meeting you soon.

Criteria 2,3 and 4 of our Admissions Policy states:

2.         Baptised Catholic children who have a sibling in the school at the time of admission.

3.         Baptised Catholic children resident in the parish of st Mary’s, Woolton.

4.         Other baptised Catholic children.

We require evidence of baptism in the form of a baptismal certificate, handed in to school along with our supplementary form by 15 January 2021. If your child has not yet been baptised and you are intending to apply for a place in our school, we advise that you contact your parish priest as soon as possible to arrange your child's baptism. In most years, we usually only admit upto Criteria 4 which covers our 60 places. We had in excess of 130 applications this year (2020) in total. Criteria 5 is 'other children who have a sibling in the school at the time of admission' and unfortunately, there are times when siblings are not given a place in our school because they are not within the first 4 criteria,  so please arrange baptisms in good time.
